Another excellent rendition of one of Street Fighter 5's latest themes has hit the internet. CAP-JAMS' arrangement of Akira's new track premiered just yesterday and it is well worth the wait.

This song brings the funk, the grooves, and even some rockin' guitar licks into the mix. Sit back, chill out, and hit play on this awesome version of Akira's Street Fighter 5 theme.

CAP-JAMS is an official group tied to Capcom and previously belted out a killer track for the other most recently added character to Street Fighter 5. Oro's cool theme received a super chill cover that I've had on repeat since it was first released a couple of weeks ago.

But this time we're focusing on the Rival Schools biker, Akira.

Kicking us off we have powerful drums that set the beat for a wicked bass line. A funky chord progression quickly sets the tone for a track that will undoubtedly get your head bobbin' like that one Jay-Z meme we all know and are totally picturing right now.

To really crank up the funk, though, CAP-JAMS bring out the horn section to take the lead, but then they take a backseat to a groovy lead guitar that works beautifully in tow with the trumpets.

Though the music is clearly the main focus here, I can't help but praise the cool moving art piece that accompanies it. Something about seeing Akira's official artwork move along with the music really brings it together and makes for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Hit play on the track below, then hit it again and again throughout your day.
