Leona Heidern gameplay trailer revealed for The King of Fighters 15
The hits just keep on coming
Pretty much every single week for the last three or four months SNK has greeted players with a new character reveal trailer for The King of Fighters 15, and they're back again with another returning fan-favorite combatant.
Tonight, the developer revealed the official gameplay trailer for Leona Heidern in KOF15.
Players familiar with Leona's previous appearances will likely feel right at home in KOF15 since she seems to do pretty much everything she could before with her patented energy blades.
Her explosives may be even more deadly, however, as they now seem to work as a sticky time bomb that blows up after a few seconds instead of on contact.
Leona is also shown to still be able to tap into her Orochi powers at times, which turns her hair red while she performs a few of her Super moves.
Leona previously appeared in KOF15's first-ever announcement trailer, so we already knew she'd be coming though now we get to finally see what she looks like in action in the new game.
After all of these past gameplay reveals, they've pretty much shown off everyone in that initial trailer except for cool guy K'.
Considering there's no team confirmation in the video, Leona assuredly isn't part of the Women Fighters, which means she'll likely end up on her traditional Ikari Warriors Team alongside Ralf Jones and Clark Still — who have yet to be revealed.
