We're officially in the midst of the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour, a 12-hour event packed with action from various DB games, but fans of Dragon Ball FighterZ have their eyes set on a particular prize slated to be shown today at 12:30 p.m. Pacific Time: Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta.

The fifth and final DLC addition to Dragon Ball FighterZ's third season will be showcased with a character breakdown that will conclude with a trailer that reveals his official release date.

We already have a suspicion that the game's third Goku/Vegeta fusion will be dropping in late March or early April, simply because of the release times of previous characters. Developers have traditionally spaced character drops about three to four months apart with Kefla dropping in February, Ultra Instinct Goku in May, Master Roshi in September, and then Super Baby 2 in January.

Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta might be just about a month away from hitting consoles, but we'll know for sure once today's presentation concludes.

While we're used to simply getting 30-second trailers as our first major character viewings, it seems we stand to see quite a bit more for SS4 Gogeta as there's plenty of time set aside for presenters to show off and describe many of his DBFZ maneuvers.

You can watch right along with us as the whole presentation is being live streamed via the embed below. The FighterZ community has been expressing tons of hype and excited anticipation for this coming character, and we'd love to hear what you're looking forward to most in today's showcase in the comments below.
