Can Smug's 30 game win streak survive against an Ultimate Grand Master Abigail player during his Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition session?

Rise|Smug has recently resumed his Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition grind with G. A recent session had him at a 30 game win streak, a personal best for Smug (for this particular account) according to the in-game announcer.

Though Smug is regarded as a professional competitor for Street Fighter 5, his "CHEF_SMUGGLES" account is only an Ultra Diamond rank. Eventually, Smug found himself going up against an Ultimate Grand Master Abigail player to keep his win streak alive.

In total, this opponent had 224,666 points. This also means that they are currently ranked at 204 on the online leaderboard.

G's V-Trigger 1, Maximum President, tends to be the the V-Trigger of choice for most players. However, Smug was experimenting with G's V-Trigger 2, Dangerous President, during this particular session.

By tacking on G's Critical Art at the end, Dangerous President can enable some enormous damage. The big tradeoff here is that G doesn't benefit from having his Presidentiality Level maxed out while his V-Trigger is active.

Will Smug be able to protect his 30 game win streak against this Abigail player? More importantly, will they act like they won't get command grabbed?
