Akuma uses moves from Oni's moveset in Mysterious Mod for Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition
Update: According to the Mysterious Mod creator, Oni is not actually being added to the Mysterious Mod. Instead, some of Oni's classic moves have been added to Akuma's moveset.
It's been some time since we last saw Oni in Street Fighter. Though he's a playable character in Ultra Street Fighter 4, he's currently not a playable character in Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition.
Unless he ends up being that fifth and final character of Season 5 (which is unlikely), then he likely never will officially be playable in Street Fighter 5. Unofficially, he will eventually be usable (in spirit) thanks to Killbox_SFVMods, the creator of the Mysterious Mod. Some of Oni's most iconic moves are being added to Akuma's moveset.
Of course, it wouldn't be Oni without his Air Hadou Dash. Unlike Ultra Street Fighter 4, Akuma in Mysterious Mod will be permitted to attack after performing his air dash.
The Demon Slash is also back and better than ever. This special now appears to act as a combo extender as you can link into his stand jab upon successfully hitting the opponent.
Akuma's Demon Flip has, unsurprisingly, received a received a few buffs for Mysterious Mod. After performing the Demon Flip, an anti-air grab can also be performed that causes a wall bounce.
Finally, it's been shown that Akuma has Oni's Air Raging Demon. What's really scary is that he can combo his Air Raging Demon into his Demon Flip wall bounce.
