Garfield's move listing revealed for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl
We learned yesterday that Garfield will be coming to Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl as a free DLC fighter. This lazy cat will be made available on December 9 — this Thursday.
In preparation for tomorrow's release, the official Twitter account for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl treated fans to a look at Garfield's move list. Indeed, all 17 of Garfield's moves have been revealed.
First off, it's important to realize that the scene that involved Garfield wearing a magician hat as he waved a wand was not an alternate costume. The orange cat will pull off this maneuver upon inputting down and strong attack.
Taking a look at Garfield's specials, it looks like this is a character that will have some emphasis on projectiles. Neutral special causes Garfield to throw a pie with "Pie Party."
Down special is particularly interesting as it causes Garfield to set Pooky the teddy bear down in a location forwards. Pooky will then return to Garfield and attack anyone in the way. It's currently unknown if Pooky's return trajectory is triggered automatically after a set amount of time or if the player has to input the command once more.
Some of other Garfield's attacks include eating lasagna, slamming the ground with a meaty drumstick, holding up a donut like a prize, swatting a fly with a newspaper, thinking about the horrors of Mondays, yawning, burping and more. Check it all out below:
