Click Burgundy's latest fighting game artwork celebrates Evo winners, Athena's new design, Goldlewis' arrival and Akira Kazama
Fighting game fan artists are among the most dedicated to their scenes out of almost all online communities though one typically stands above the rest without ever saying a word.
Click Burgundy's illustrations speak for themselves with their portraits capturing everything we love about fighting game characters, so we've rounded up some of their latest and best artworks, which covers Evo, character announcements and other recent events around the FGC.
For Xyzzy's Evo victory for Guilty Gear Strive Asia, Click Burgundy put together an awesome portrait for his Axl that's made even better with the runner up Daru's I-No in the background.
There's also the rendition of Ms. Fortune, which I presume is a reference to Penpen, who won the Evo Online bracket for Skullgirls 2nd Encore Asia.
Outside of tournaments, they seem to be enjoying Athena's redesign for The King of Fighters 15 judging by their portrait, and Vira's recent reveal for Granblue Fantasy: Versus is wrapped up in there as well.
As far as new characters go, Click Burgundy's put together lovely introductions for Goldlewis Dickinson for Guilty Gear Strive and Akira Kazama in her school attire for Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition.
