Eleven provides players a truly challenging experience as the pure random select character in Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition, but what's going on right now might be described as something even tougher than just a challenge.

Pro players RB|Bonchan, BST|Fuudo and HG|Moke are currently taking part in a 24-hour "punishment stream" where they can only go home if they manage to reach 11-game win streaks in ranked online with Eleven three different times, but they're finding out they may have bitten off more than they can chew in terms of difficulty.

The trio of Japanese legends apparently signed on to this daunting task as punishment for losing 10 Kachitagari TV tournaments in a row according to CanadianEd.

Street Fighter 5's 41-character roster was then split into thirds by the players with each taking a selection and passing the arcade stick around depending on who Eleven transformed into.

At first, they made things even harder on themselves by banning players from using their mains, so Fuudo couldn't play if R. Mika or Birdie popped up for example.

Hours passed with little progress being made in part thanks to some of their friends like CO|Dogura attempting to stream snipe their streaks, so the viewers voted to allow them access to their mains to lighten the load a bit.

It was at this point momentum started to build among the group where they'd shortly after attain their first 11-game streak over seven-and-a-half hours into the stream with Fuudo defeating Dhalsim with Laura.

Everyone was obvioulsy ecstatic to overcome that first hurdle in the marathon, but their work is still far from over now.

As of the time of reporting this, the players still have over 12 hours left to go though the max streak they've managed to reach in their second run is five so far.

Things are likely going to start getting even more difficult as exhaustion begins to set in considering it's now past 11 p.m. in Japan though they show no signs of slowing down yet.

Eleven, for those unfamiliar, transforms into a random character before every match that also assigns a random V-Skill and V-Trigger, so the players are at the mercy of the luck of the draw while facing Grand Master-level opponents online.

You can find Bonchan, Fuudo and Moke's entertaining and high-intensity run through the whole roster on Topanga's Mildom channel.
