I'm sure everyone is more than okay with this

Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid continues to expand its horizons from the game's humble beginnings at launch with Season 3 still going strong for new characters and updates.

The official Power Rangers Twitter page announced the final character for Season 3 this morning via a new teaser trailer, and it's none other than classic villain Scorpina who will round out the cast before the end of the year.

Those looking for gameplay will need to wait a bit longer for a full trailer, but this brief glimpse does show off what she'll look like in-game as one of the classic baddies alongside Goldar and Lord Zedd.

They did reveal her release date, however, though we'll need to wait even longer to play her since she won't launch until December 8, 2020.

The Mighty Morphin' era villain fights using her crescent-bladed sword which she can throw like a boomerang, so that'll likely be a large factor in her gameplay style in BFTG. Perhaps we'll also get to see her transform into a giant scorpion monster as well.

Scorpina joins the ranks of the purple ranger RJ from Jungle Fury and the recently released Lauren Shiba from Super Samurai. You can check out her teaser trailer below.
