Twitch Prime continues to be a good service to get free games and in-game items for quite some time now, especially if you're a fan of SNK's fighting game roster and other classics.

The service, now called Amazon Prime Gaming, added eight more SNK titles to September's free offerings including games from The King of Fighters, Samurai Shodown, Garou an The Last Blade series available to download and keep.

Garou: Mark of the Wolves, The Last Blade 2, Metal Slug 3, King of Fighters '97 Global Match, King of Fighters '98 Ultimate Match Final Edition, King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match, Samurai Shodown 5 Special and Shock Troopers make up the final SNK titles to join the now 22-game offering from the companies.

It's not immediately clear if these versions of Garou, SamSho5, KoF '97 and The Last Blade 2 are the newly rollback netcode-enabled ones from Code Mystics, but even if they are, you probably won't be able to play against Steam users anyway considering these games require the Twitch game launcher application to use.

Other SNK fighting games already included in Prime Gaming are Samurai Shodown 2, Art of Fighting 2, Fatal Fury Special, KoF 2000 and KoF 2002 along with some other great arcade titles like Metal Slug 2, Blazing Star and the whole SNK 40th Anniversary Collection.

All you need is an Amazon account with Prime active to claim all of these games before March 31, 2021. As mentioned above, they'll need to be installed on Twitch's proprietary game launcher application to use.
