With the release of Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate today, much of the game's new content is finding its way onto the internet. From all Friendships to new Brutalities and gameplay, there's a lot to sink your Tarkatan teeth into.

Mileena, Rain, and John Rambo are joining the playable cast today, and with them comes new character-specific story modes for each. Today we're taking a closer look at Mileena's Mortal Kombat 11 story mode ending, which features the most dysfunctional family ever and an appearance by one of the strongest characters to ever grace Mortal Kombat X. Spoilers lie ahead.

Defeating Kronika with Mileena sees the pink ninja acquire the hourglass. With this newfound power, Mileena sets her sights on her sister Kitana, who refuses to live life as a family with their parents Shao Kahn and Sindel.

With Kitana not willing to comply, Mileena kills her own sister and feasts on her bloody entrails. Now harnessing Kronika's power, Mileena takes Kitana's place as empress of Netherrealm and rules all of the realms alongside her parents as the Kahnum of Time.

Like any good queen, Mileena requires an heir to take her place when she's gone. Mileena and Tanya have a child together, adding a new family member to the lineage.

Tanya may have made her debut back in Mortal Kombat 4, but modern Mortal Kombat fans know her for being notoriously strong in the previous main title in the franchise, Mortal Kombat X.

Upon release back in June 2015, Tanya came right out of the DLC gate as incredibly overpowered and quickly began running rampant in competitive play. She was so powerful, in fact, that NetherRealm Studios had to introduce a new policy for freshly added characters in tournament play to help prevent similar situations.

Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate is out now on Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Google Stadia.
