While it's true that we're getting yet another Goku in Dragon Ball FighterZ, Ultra Instinct Goku somehow still feels like a justified addition. Most of us won't have the opportunity to play as Ultra Instinct Goku until May 22.

However, it appears that the update with Ultra Instinct Goku went live earlier than expected for some parts of the world. Janemba8000 has uploaded some footage featuring Ultra Instinct Goku in action.

Based on the description of the video, it seems like it's not actually possible to download Ultra Instinct Goku just yet. Despite this, it appears that it's possible to fight against the character while he's being controlled by the A.I.

By using Captain Ginyu's Body Change technique for three bars of meter, a player can gain access to Ultra Instinct Goku. A pretty clever method to test out his moveset.

Based on the gameplay shown, Ultra Instinct Goku is completely different from previous forms of Goku that are already in the game. As one might expect, he has an emphasis on performing counters while causing the opponent to second guess their own actions.

Even while unoptimized, this new character seems to have access to high damage potential.
