There's no doubt that Rohto|Tokido is one of the greatest Street Fighter 5 competitors in the world. One could even argue that he's among the best at fighting games in general.

Recently, Tokido revealed his secret technique for improving at fighting games. While he was a little apprehensive at first, he eventually laid it all out.

"Fighting games involve a lot of factors, right? I mean, in terms of how good a player is," begun Tokido. "For instance, Daigo Umehara is really good at strategy. And Sako is great with combo accuracy and execution."

Indeed, RB|Daigo is known for his exceptional strategies that he employs during gameplay. In addition, FAV|Sako is said to be gifted at combo execution.

"You have to get possessed by those players and install stuff like that," continued Tokido. "Let's say you're practicing combos. You have to imagine that you are Sako himself. And then Sako will start to talk to you."

While it may come across as somewhat silly, this method of thinking could seriously allow for improvement during sessions. By considering the mindset of players that specialize in certain fundamentals of a fighting game, you could actually begin to adopt their skills.

Essentially, try to imagine what competitors like Daigo or Sako would do in specific situations that you're having trouble with.
