Spawn gameplay trailer revealed for Mortal Kombat 11
The countdown is finally over
Spawn, up to this point, had been the community's most anticipated new Mortal Kombat 11 fighter to many though we were told we'd need to wait until the final character of the Kombat Pack to try him out.
During the Final Kombat event for MK11, NetherRealm Studios released the first gameplay trailer for Spawn.
Unsurprisingly, Spawn boasts an impressive amount of reach using his chain attacks. This seems to indicate that Spawn will be particularly effective in the footsies department.
Spawn was also shown to utilize guns during the trailer. It's possible for Spawn to flood certain portions of the screen with bullets using these type of attacks.
Another clip demonstrated that Spawn is capable of flying or hovering thanks to his cape. This mobility option does come across as being fairly slow though.
Do keep in mind that some of the moves might be exclusive to options that are outside the three tournament legal sets. Early access to Spawn will begin on March 17 for Kombat Pass owners. Those without the Kombat Pass will have to wait an additional week to gain access to Spawn.
