Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is one of those fighting games where there are certain characters that are the characters to pick if you want to succeed at a high level, and Sentinel definitely fits into that category.

Recently, Marvel combo master Magnetro appeared to discover a glitch in MvC2 that makes Sentinel even better when paired with Magneto though only as an assist.

Normally, Sentinel's assist attack drones cannot be controlled / altered in their flight path, but this bug allows the machine to do just that though only with its first assist selection.

To pull it off successfully, Magneto will need to be on point and then perform his Shockwave super to receive the Flying Screen effect which for what ever reason lets Sentinel have more control over their trajectory.

Magnetro claims this effect has been tested / attempted with other characters and assists in Marvel 2 by Anotak now, but no other combination could produce a similar effect as of yet.

Considering it has to be used during a super, the general applications of this seem potentially limited in making the combos go even harder. This is Marvel though, so there may be some crazy setups this can achieve in practice.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, so it's pretty wild to see these longtime community members continue to discover new ideas, glitches and tech within the games they've been playing for years and years.
