Update: New Game Plus Expo's stream event is now live. You can watch it with us in the story below.

Without E3 2020 this year to provide everyone most of the summer's video game-related announcements, new digital events are popping up to take its place with one of the largest coming this morning.

The New Game Plus Expo is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. PT with big reveals planned from around a dozen developers / publishers including the likes of SNK and Arc System Works.

As for one big announcement we know is coming, SNK is going to show the final character for Samurai Shodown Season 2 though it seems they have even more in store for players than that — we could perhaps see something like King of Fighters 15 or a new Metal Slug.

ArcSys is going to present an extended gameplay trailer for Millia Rage and Zato-1 in Guilty Gear Strive though we shouldn't have expectations to see a new fighter considering they just showed off Ramlethal earlier this month.

The main broadcast is scheduled to take place for around one hour followed by a post-showcase live stream where developers will have a half hour each to dive deeper into this morning's reveals. SNK's is planned for 3 p.m. PT.

Other publishers / developers that are going to be present for NGPX include Inti Creates, Natsume, Sega / Atlus, PM Studios, Idea Factory, GungHo, NIS America and Wayforward.
