Xian's new Ibuki mixups are so ridiculous he apologizes to opponents after destroying them in Street Fighter 5

Calling them 'mixups' makes it sound like you have a chance to block...

We've seen Ibuki mixups before, we've seen RZR|Xian pull off mixups with Ibuki before, but that seems to have virtually no effect on how surprised and impressed we were after watching even just the first few clips in LiangHuBBB's latest compilation video.

It's been a while since we've seen much Xian action thanks to the halt on offline FGC majors, but the EVO 2013 Street Fighter champ has very much been active and exploring the new potential in pairing Ibuki's V-Skill 2 caltrops with her V-Trigger 2 Fuma Shuriken. You're not ready.

Ibuki is easily the biggest mixup monster in all of Street Fighter 5 as she's extremely quick on her feet and boasts a few different attacks that can hit foes well after she's finished tossing them out.

There are surely some go-to sequences you'll see most Ibuki players resort to and get reasonable results from, but Xian is one to always be pushing the limits and figuring out new ways to make our heads spin.

You'll see exactly what we mean in the earlier portions of LiangHu's video, but Xian is not a one-trick pony. We also get to observe him playing both Seth and G in SF5, and then Liang takes us on a blast to the past as we visit older footage of Xian pulling off crazy mixups in the days of Ultra Street Fighter 4.

To whet your palette, we've nabbed this clip of Ibuki essentially Dragon Ball Z fighting around a poor Birdie. Be sure to check out Xian's Twitch live stream if you'd like to see the master in action on a regular basis.
