The new Champion's Choice costume in Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition already has beautiful fan art from Click Burgundy
IDom's design was just revealed this week
After several months of Capcom's latest Pro Tour DLC package being available for purchase in Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition, the company has unveiled the final two pieces of content that round out the bundle. The new Ring of Prosperity arena sees fighters do battle in a colosseum-type setting with Gill sitting on a sofa watching the action, and iDom's Champion's Choice costume was revealed to be a new outfit for Laura.
It didn't take long for the first piece of fan art of the new costume to emerge, and who better to produce such a piece than Click Burgundy?
Burgundy has been featured here on EventHubs numerous times and for good reason. With a large portfolio of amazing fighting game-related pieces, their ability to capture the essence of what makes our favorite characters unique is truly top-notch.
This new Laura illustration is more of the same and it looks fantastic. The new Champion's Choice costume sees the Brazilian grappler in a school uniform with an open yellow jacket.
A big plaid bow is strewn across her top, and the outfit is rounded out by knee-high socks and a skirt that matches the bow. Click Burgundy does an excellent job of matching all of these little details in the piece, presenting Laura in a pose that sees her ready for battle with her electricity surrounding her.
The new Champion's Choice costume can be purchased on its own for $5.99 USD or comes included in the Capcom Pro Tour 2020 DLC bundle for $19.99. We will be seeing an update on July 26 that adds accessibility for the new stage and this outfit.
