Ultra Instinct Goku is indeed coming to Dragon Ball FighterZ in the near future, and though we'll likely be waiting a few weeks to see how the Saiyan will look in battle, we can already tell what design the developers are going with.

The upcoming DLC character has had his official in-game artwork used in a few previous promotional materials, but we can now get our best look at Ultra Instinct Goku's portrait thanks to this massive, high quality render.

Bandai Namco and Arc System Works appear to be going with the "perfected" state of Ultra Instinct given Goku is shown with silver hair and eyes instead of maintaining his black hair from when he first taps into the power.

Ultra Instinct in the Dragon Ball canon is a power / state of being that is largely only used by the gods of destruction or angels like Beerus and Whis respectively. This transformation essentially separates a fighter's thoughts and actions to maximize offensive and defensive efficiency.

Goku's completely torn gi also of course suggests he'll be as he was during his final battle against Jiren during the Tournament of Power arc in Dragon Ball Super — further backed up by the fact that there are files in the game for a new Dramatic Finish scene against the alien.

Bandai Namco has already stated they will be showing off Ultra Instinct Goku and likely more of Season 3 for Dragon Ball FighterZ during the World Tour Finals taking place February 8–9, so we'll probably just have this one image to hold us over until then.
