Seth's 4th Tanden Engine showcase reveals what moves the fighter can steal from Birdie, Karin, Zangief and Balrog in Street Fighter 5 Champion Edition

Of course it's SPD

Seth's Tanden Engine was an interesting and unique tool for the largely copycat fighter back in the days of Street Fighter 4, and the move's potential has been shifted quite a bit for their return in Street Fighter 5.

Capcom has been regularly sharing Tanden Engine showcase videos online to reveal which special moves Seth can steal using their V-Skill 1, and the fourth one just dropped today for Birdie, Zangief, Karin and Balrog.

Starting out with the obvious, Seth is able to take Zangief's famous SPD considering they had the move on their regular set in SF4. They also remind us that SPD stands for Screw Pile Driver and not Spinning Pile Driver — that also means it'll be an SPD that doesn't require a 360 motion.

From Birdie, Seth is able to bulk up considerably and use Bull Head while Balrog gets a taste of his own Turn Punch though it'll be interesting to see if it can be charged up like normal.

Karin's is perhaps the most interesting considering Seth is shown using Tenko against her, so it has me interested to see if they can also use just the command dash and Orochi as well — even though I kinda doubt it.

Seth will release in just a few short weeks on February 14 with the full launch of Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition. you can check out the previous Tanden Engine showcases for Alex, Falke, Kage, Menat, Cammy, Ryu, Vega, Necalli, Sakura, Ed, Gill and Kolin by clicking the highlighted character links.
