Gill's V-Trigger 1 obliterates all projectiles and reflectors, new Guile Sonic Boom loops with V-Skill 2, and more — Street Fighter 5 tech roundup

It's been nearly a month since the Season 5 update was launched for Street Fighter 5. As the Capcom Pro Tour season hasn't started yet, the fighting game community is still labbing out the new capabilities of every fighter.

PapaDeliFresh posted a Gill combo that sets up an ambiguous 50/50 setup on the opponent's wake up. He also showed off a sick way to kill Cammy using two Vega combos (assuming full resources and a counter hit on the opponent's wake up).

As a projectile, Gill's V-Trigger 1 meteor is actually quite insane. As demonstrated by Michael Gonzales, it is capable of blowing through every Critical Art projectile, V-Trigger projectile, and even reflectors like nothing.

Gamon Dorothea shows that Ibuki's V-Trigger 1 might actually be viable again. Some of her tricky setups have returned for Season 5.

HDG Younghou has also been practicing Crush Counter punishes against Ken as Birdie. There are a number of combos that are worth capitalizing on.

Finally, Mir (via VesperArcade), World Warrior FGC, and Meno have created new combo videos for Guile, Ken, and Chun-Li respectively.
