In classic NetherRealm Studios fashion, Mortal Kombat 11 is getting into the spirit of the holiday. It's Valentine's Day, as many are probably aware, and now you can celebrate with a special in-game Tower of Time.

The "Be Mine" tower is available to play right now and will run up through February 17. Those who decide to jump in will be treated to new Brutalities, as well as some love-themed wackiness you'd expect to find in one of these towers.

The Mortal Kombat Twitter account shared a trailer for the tower that provides a glimpse at what we're getting into here. A loving hand-hold between Liu Kang and Kitana set to some sweet music is quickly disrupted by the gore and violence that is Mortal Kombat 11.

In the Be Mine tower, players will encounter flying Cupids that soar across the screen and fire arrows that, if struck with, put the character into a loving daze. During this state, they will emit a heart-filled aura and slowly walk forward with armor absorbing any oncoming attacks.

On top of the fun you'll have in this wild tower, you'll also be able to unlock three new Brutalities by completing the objectives. Kitana's "Slayed," Kano's "Laser Pointer," and Jax's "Boot Camp" Brutalities make up some of the unlockable rewards here.

The trailer demonstrates what each of these finishers looks like, and as we can see, one of them is Jax's classic giant Fatality.

Mortal Kombat 11 recently saw the addition of DC Comics' The Joker as a playable DLC character. Next in line and rounding out the Kombat Pack will be none other than the highly-requested comic book anti-hero, Spawn.
