Update: The Dragon Ball FighterZ Show is now live. Come watch it with us below.

After a months of waiting, we're now about to see what the future has in store for Dragon Ball FighterZ in terms of its competitive scene as well as new content.

Bandai Namco is hosting what they're calling the Dragon Ball FighterZ Show today which will reveal what's coming following the cancellation of the World Tour as well as a new trailer for the game that is going to contain at least one DLC character for Season 3.

The publishers haven't shown too much of their hands yet for what's about to come, but this is the first major update the game will have received since Ultra Instinct Goku's launch back in May.

Tekken 7 and Soul Calibur 6 recently had their own Online Challenge series revealed, so we can probably expect some similar treatment for DBFZ since they also fall under the Bamco umbrella.

It's also explicitly stated the livestream will contain information about future updates hopefully meaning there could be some balance changes or other improvements coming to the game in the near future ass well.

The Dragon Ball FighterZ Show will feature and exclusive trailer which will almost assuredly contain the next Season 3 character considering we're approaching three months from UI Goku, and there's still three more left to be revealed for the pass.

Streaming for the event will take place on the Dragon Ball FighterZ Twitch channel beginning at 11 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. ET which you can watch here with us below.
