Update: Guilty Gear Strive closed beta available for download, starter guide videos for Sol Badguy, Chipp, Potemkin, May, Axl and Ky released

Update: Guilty Gear Strive's beta client is now available to download on PlayStation 4 for those who have already activated their codes with a 4.6GB install size. The Starter Guide videos for Chipp, Potemkin, May and Axl Low have now also been released and added to the original story.

Previously: Players will soon get the chance to play Guilty Gear Strive from the comfort of their own homes in just a few days with its upcoming closed beta test, and the makers of the game are helping to introduce new users to its features.

Arc System Works began releasing a series of "Starter Guide" videos specifically for Guilty Gear's Strive's beta with the first two now being live going over Sol Badguy and Ky Kiske.

These new videos essentially serve as basic tutorials for the characters' movelists, overall gameplan / strategy, strengths and weaknesses along with specific inputs and how to use the attacks in combos.

Though there's currently only videos for the two main dudes of the long-running GG series, the rest of the included beta characters will see their guides released later during the week for May followed by Axl Low, Chipp Zanuff, Potemkin and Faust.

Players who have received a beta invite in their email will be able to download Strive's beta client beginning April 15 while the testing period itself is scheduled to run from April 16–19.

Guilty Gear Strive is currently in development for the PlayStation 4 and arcades with a release window set for the later portion of 2020. You can find the characters' movelists in the gallery below followed by the trailers themselves and the release timings of the rest of the videos.
