We've known that Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta would be coming to Dragon Ball FighterZ as DLC for pretty much all of 2019 at this point, but now we finally have a release date for the fused fighter.

Bandai Namco held a live stream event for DBFZ at Tokyo Game Show 2019 earlier today where they revealed a breakdown of Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Gogeta's gameplay plus his actual release date of September 26.

The gameplay came courtesy of DBFZ World Tour champion BC|Kazunoko who was on stage alongside the game's producer Tomoko Hiroki and other representatives.

Gogeta appears to have two different level one supers with his Big Bang Kamehameha for a more regular ki blast and then the God Punisher which begins by tossing out two energy orbs before going into a volley of ki blasts. This can be followed up by spending another bar to finish it off with the Stardust Breaker move first used against Janemba.

For his meteor level three super, Gogeta performs the giant explosive punch followed by the launcher into the flashy energy explosion, but it can also go one step further. Burning two extra bars will give you the big finisher with the Ultimate / Full-Force Kamehameha blast.

Gameplay for Gogeta begins around the three hour 45-minute mark in the archived video below though everything of course is only in Japanese. You can check out some of the slides used in the stream in the gallery below as well.
