The official Street Fighter Twitter account just announced a new costume headed to Street Fighter 5.

Balrog is set to receive a "No Escape" look that will be accessible through Fighting Chance mode. Fans will be able to try their luck at securing it starting as soon as September 17.

"Balrog may’ve been banned from professional boxing, but he still looks ring ready with the gloves, shorts & boots that make up his all-new No Escape costume," the Street Fighter Twitter page writes. "Go for rough, tough & buff when these city duds appear in Fighting Chance starting Sept 17th. 🥊"

The new digs see Balrog rocking the shirtless look and armed with his trademark boxing gloves. He sports a gold chain, black and white trunks with a buffalo emblem at the waist, and matching black boxing boots.

Fighting Chance is a mode in Street Fighter 5 that allows players to exchange fortune tickets for a chance at winning special items. Tickets are only acquired by using in-game Fight Money, and it will cost you 500 Fight Money for one ticket or 4,500 FM for ten.

Balrog's new costume reveal comes hot off the heels of Capcom unveiling a new set of Halloween-themed costumes and a stage coming to Street Fighter 5 on September 17 as well.

Players will soon be able to dress newcomers Poison and E. Honda up as an undead zombie girl and the Japanese Kappa, respectively. On top of that, a new version of the Union Station stage will become available, and this new backdrop will transform the station into a spooky graveyard.

The upcoming Halloween costumes will run you $3.99 USD each, while the stage update comes with a price tag of $1.99 or 40,000 Fight Money.
