Thunder Smash 3: Clash of the Pandas came to its conclusion yesterday. While the number of entrants was actually less than 100, there were some very notable names present.

Players like Tea, PG|Marss, SST|Shuton, PG|ESAM, R2G|Kameme, CLG|VoiD, MVG|Salem, MVG|DarkWizzy, PG|Cosmos, TG|MVD, Raito, TG|MuteAce, Larry Lurr, Tsu, and Lea were competing for over $10,000 in cash prizes. As a result, we've got some character usage stats to review for the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate event.

Since there were less than 100 players present, we'll only be looking at the top 16 performing players. Interestingly enough, this portion of the bracket actually featured a very diverse cast of fighters.

Including both mains and secondaries, there were a total of 18 different combatants that appeared in the top 16. Only Peach was mained by two different users.

Snake and Greninja were each used as a primary and as a secondary. It didn't seem like any particular character was dominant here.

Some rather unique choices also made an appearance by this point in the tournament. A few examples include Pac-Man, Bowser Jr., Lucario, Mega Man, Bayonetta, Duck Hunt, and Banjo-Kazooie.
