Though Terry Bogard's release date was just revealed earlier this morning, the Fatal Fury star is already available to download and play in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

Whether you own the Fighters Pass or want to purchase him individually, Smash's Version 6.0.0 update is now starting to pop up for players to download and immediately jump into the burning action.

Those who do own the Fighters Pass, however, can begin using Terry and the King of Fighters stage once the game is updated which is certainly a nice way to start a Wednesday morning.

Players looking to only pick up Mr. Bogard by himself will need to shell out $5.99 in the Switch's eShop to access the new fighter, arena and around 50 tracks of SNK music.

On top of all of that, the Version 6.0.0 update is also available to download which includes mostly buffs for big body characters like King K. Rool and Donkey Kong plus some other nice changes for Kirby, Jigglypuff and Robin.

You can check out a larger breakdown of Terry's moves and special mechanics in our previous story along with his full burning gameplay introduction video below.
