Back in December 2018 and January 2019, we saw that Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition's newest character, Kage, was performing the worst in the online environment. It seems as though this tradition won't be changing for the month of February.

Capcom has released the February 2019 character usage and combat stats. Although Kage performed the worst for this month, he was the fourth most popular. The other "shoto" characters, Ryu, Akuma, and Ken, were first, second, and third most popular respectively.

Interestingly enough, Urien continues to beat M. Bison for the number one spot in terms of online performance. Perhaps those Season 4 changes are having an impact here.

Cammy and Menat also appear to have performed terribly for the month of February. It's important to remember that this data probably shouldn't be looked at by itself in order to form a tier list for Street Fighter 5.

The least popular fighters for February were F.A.N.G, Menat, Dhalsim, Falke, and Blanka. Aside from Blanka, these combatants are well known for their reliance on zoning tools.
