Cygames Beast is one of the more recent eSports teams in the realm of fighting games spearheaded by the legendary CYG|Daigo Umehara and the video game developer / publisher Cygames in Japan.

Today, the team announced that DC "Infexious" Coleman from the United Kingdom has been brought on as an official member of Cygames Beast as a professionally sponsored Street Fighter 5 player.

Infexious hasn't traveled to many events thus far in 2019 though he did end up taking fourth place at Headstomper back in May and ninth place at Reflect earlier this month. He currently sits at 86th place on the global Capcom Pro Tour leaderboards though he's ranked 14th for Europe.

While you he may be sticking primarily with Zeku and Necalli in tournaments as of late, he is perhaps most memorable for his use of grappler characters between fighters like Zangief, Abigail and Hugo.

Cygames Beast is currently made up of Daigo, CYG|Fuudo, CYG|PR Balrog and CYG|Gamerbee with previous team members like Chris Tatarian.

Infexious has been previously sponsored by exceL eSports and Rize Gaming, and we're looking forward to seeing him travel to more worldwide events now for 2019.
