Update: Nintendo's E3 Direct stream is now live. Come watch it with us after the jump.

The big conferences for E3 2019 are winding down, but not before the last console maker takes the metaphorical internet stage to reveal what's coming up and what's coming out to their systems in the near future.

Nintendo will be holding their E3 Nintendo Direct stream beginning at 9 a.m. PDT / 12 p.m. EDT where the company is set to make a number of announcements including the next DLC fighter joining the ranks of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

The stream itself is scheduled to last for around 40 minutes in total where the developer / publisher is set to unveil new details for a number of Switch games coming in 2019 like Animal Crossing and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past remake.

What everyone reading this site is likely most interested in, however, is the new trailer for Smash Ultimate which is confirmed to have the next DLC fighter. We obviously don't know their identity yet though there are some supposed leaks / rumors floating around.

"Today's Direct includes the announcement of a new fighter, so we've prepared a new video," said Masahiro Sakurai in a Tweet this morning that was translated by Source Gaming's PushDustin. "I think it's best not being spoiled before watching it, so please try to watch it live!"

Nintendo of America's new head, Doug Bowser, also said we should tune in "to see what or who [Sakurai] may be talking about." You can watch the last big E3 event with us in the stream embed below.
