'Look forward to Street Fighter Arcade Edition news in August' - Yoshinori Ono preps for E3 and shares new SF5 artwork in recent tweet

While Capcom's fighting game division will indeed have a presence at E3 this week, we suspect we'll get little more than Street Fighter League exhibition matches and some autographs from Street Fighter 5's Executive Producer, Yoshinori Ono.

With Blanka doll in hand, Ono tweeted a pre-E3 message to fans with a nod to August's upcoming reveal and some cool new SF5 artwork featuring Kage.

"I and Blanka are ready for joining Capcom #E32019 booth for Street Fighter League and to some signing session! Hope see you at there and everyone look forward for announcing #SFVAE news at Aug!" posted the developer late Monday morning.

As to what that reveal will be, no one is all that certain. We recently ran a poll asking what EventHubs readers think we're most likely to see, and the top answer was not new characters, but a balance update.

For a more in-depth look at Capcom's E3 plans, you can head over to their Capcom Unity blog post wherein schedules and details for their Monster Hunter: World Iceborne and Street Fighter League presentations can be found.

You can view the artwork Ono posted as well as his tweet below. The art depicts Kage in a seldom-seen moment of triumph after presumably laying beat downs on a handful of fellow roster members. It might be, however, that he simply stumbled upon the group after they all took each other out, and decided it was a good time for a photo opportunity. Either way...
