Super Mario Maker 2 has been a big hit with Nintendo fans. Many creators have had an opportunity to show off their creative side with their levels.

We've already seen Alliance|Armada take on recreated Target Test stages from Super Smash Bros. 64. This time, FOX|Mew2King is taking on the levels that have been made in the likeness of Super Smash Bros. Melee's Target Test bonus rounds.

To really set the mood, the video has been edited to include the music from the Target Test sequences. It even has sound effects that occur whenever a "target" is broken.

Like before, the targets are coins that must be collected. Only once all the coins are collected can the condition be fulfilled.

Obviously since Mario doesn't have the moveset capabilities of Melee's 25 character roster, some liberties had to be taken. Fireballs won't collect coins, so Goombas had to be used on Mario's stage so he can throw them.

After beating each stage, Mew2King provides a quick analysis about the similarities and the differences.
