Masahiro Sakurai to demo Hero in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate during upcoming 22 minute video

The wait may finally be over. Masahiro Sakurai will be revealing details about the Dragon Quest Hero in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on Tuesday, July 30, 2019.

This demonstration will go on for 22 minutes. It's been confirmed that we will be learning about the Hero's release date during this demo.

According to SSBUBot, the message prompting users about the upcoming 4.0.0 patch is already visible to players in the game itself. Within the next seven days, Hero and version 4.0.0 update should be made available.

Nintendo Versus reveals that Masahiro Sakurai will be releasing the video that tells us all about the Hero at 6 a.m. PT. Supposedly, we'll be receiving an in-depth breakdown.

"Join Super Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Director Masahiro Sakurai on 7/30 at 6am PT in a video presentation featuring an in-depth look at upcoming DLC Fighter, Hero from the Dragon Quest series," stated Nintendo Versus. "Alongside new details, he’ll be revealing when the fighter will arrive. Be sure to tune in."

As a result of all this information, it appears that Hero is possibly be releasing this week. Knowing Sakurai's past reveals, the newest character might be made available immediately after the presentation.

Keep in mind that the version 4.0.0 popup message will be displayed until Sunday, August 4, 2019 — close to the conclusion of EVO 2019. Still, it's stated clearly that the update is to be made live within seven days of this notification first appearing.
