Mobile games tied to long-established fighting game franchises are certainly nothing new though crossover between different series owned by different companies is still rare to say the least.

Netmarble's The King of Fighters: All Star is coming to the West later this year, but it's already been out in Japan since 2018 where its currently celebrating its first anniversary with female versions of classic SNK characters along with an upcoming crossover campaign with Tekken 7.

Billy Kane, Chang Koehan and Yashiro Nanakase will all be available to unlock as special new designs with Chang getting shown off in an introduction trailer looking quite different than his normal design as a hulking bald man.

Heihachi Mishima, Kazuya Mishima and Jin Kazama will also be joining KoF:AS at some point in the near future as part of a collaboration though no start dates have been announced as of yet.

This news isn't too surprising given that SNK's Geese Howard appeared in Tekken 7 as the titles second crossover fighter after Street Fighter's Akuma.

King of Fighters: All Star is a mobile action RPG that shouldn't be confused with the also recently announced SNK All Star which is another upcoming mobile game from a different developer. You can check out the new character designs below along with Chang's intro trailer. Let us know in the comments if you'd also like to see a 'Team Tekken' actually make it into King of Fighters 15 currently in development.
