Kane and Galena now playable in Jump Force for free as update rolls out today
Two of the game's story-only fighters join the battle
Jump Force is seeing an update added to the game this week that makes numerous changes and adds two new playable characters.
Bandai Namco detailed the contents of the ver 1.10 update — as well as the upcoming ver. 1.11 update — in a recent blog entry, with one of the biggest draws being previously story mode-only characters Kane and Galena becoming playable fighters in-game. These two warriors join the battle free of charge.
The update is expected to roll out on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC during the week of July 22nd, but it looks as though it is already in place for some people as multiple videos online feature gameplay of the new playable characters.
To celebrate the launch of these fighters, Bandai Namco released a new gameplay trailer featuring Kane.
Both Galena and Kane are villains in the world of Jump Force, and these two combatants are original designs from the mind of Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama.

Clans in the upper group will be promoted, while clans
in the lower group will be demoted.
