Up against VoiD's Pikachu in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, your character may not even have a full minute to live

ESAM: Pikachu busted

It's no secret that CLG|VoiD was the player that really demonstrated Pichu's top tier attributes in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Since then, Pichu was actually nerfed quite harshly in the version 3.1.0 patch.

Likely as a result of those nerfs, VoiD has been spotted spending at least some time with Pichu's evolved form, Pikachu. The match highlighted didn't even last a full minute.

Once VoiD was able to get the opponent — a Joker user — off stage, there was basically no coming back. One of Pikachu's greatest strengths in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is its ability to edge guard opponents without sacrificing stocks due to its powerful recovery options.

During the course of the match, VoiD didn't have much to say other than "wow." Even he couldn't believe the type of damage he was able to inflict in such a short span of time while using the electric mouse Pokémon.

In the end, his opponent wasn't able to survive for a full minute. All three stocks were stolen before the match could even begin for the Joker player.

And of course, PG|ESAM, the top Pikachu player in the world right now, had to comment with his almost meme-worthy statement of "Pikachu busted."
