Yoshinori Ono shows more unseen Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition artwork in preparation for autograph session at San Diego Comic Con

This upcoming weekend is the yearly San Diego Comic Con. In the middle of last month, Yoshinori Ono of Capcom revealed some never-before-seen artwork of Street Fighter 5 in a Tweet.

Looks like Ono has more to show as we begin to approach the dates. Ono has revealed additional artwork to get fans hype for the upcoming autograph session.

"I’ll be having autograph session [at] Capcom booth #215 Hall A [on] July 19-21," stated Ono. "Blanka and I look forward to meet[ing] great San Diego Comic Con Street Fighter fans there."

Despite the promise that Yoshinori Ono will be there in person, we probably shouldn't expect any reveals for Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition. This is because previous statements have indicated something big for the month of August, likely at EVO 2019. San Diego Comic Con is taking place in July, however.

Still, what about the possibilities of something related to Marvel vs. Capcom? A comic book convention would be an excellent place to announce a crossover fighting game with a series of comic book characters.

Considering the issues that Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite had throughout its lifespan, I personally get the sense that it will still be some time before this series is ready to return. For now, we'll just have to wait and see.

Of course, we'll be monitoring Capcom's autograph panel during SDCC2019 for any announcements of the sort.
