We're now in the midst of Anime Expo 2019, and are nearing Capcom's time in the spotlight at the event. Street Fighter 5's Executive Producer, Yoshinori Ono, will be part of a special panel titled "Inside the World of Street Fighter," which looks to highlight Ono's history with Capcom as well as delve into the more artistic side of the legendary fighting game franchise.

Ono and his trust Blanka sidekick will not be alone for this, however, as a few actors from SF5's cast of characters will be lending their voices to the discussion as well. The action is slated to be live streamed on the Anime Expo channel starting around 2:30 p.m.

Kyle Herbert, Lauren Landa, Bonnie Gordon, and Bill Rogers (Ryu, Karin, R. Mika, and Urien respectively) will be sharing some behind the scenes insight regarding the process of breathing life into the characters we love taking into battle.

"The panel will feature an inside look at Ono-san’s history with Capcom as well as the art, lore, and world that drives the soul of every Street Fighter game. Ono-san will discuss how the series has evolved over the years and provide some behind-the-scenes looks inside the legendary franchise," reads a bit of the description from the panel info page.

We imagine the Executive Producer will hearken back to the days of Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Third Strike, wherein he was the Sound Manager for Capcom's most recognizable fighting franchise. If we're lucky, we may even get some long-awaited details on the evolution of SF5's story such as why Bison's hair is white and the particulars of Necalli's history.

You can watch the panel right along with us via the embed below. Stay tuned afterward for the Street Fighter-themed Ultimate Cosplay Showdown.
