Bandai Namco is gearing up to share big announcements today for Dragon Ball Fighter Z and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. When it comes to Dragon Ball FighterZ, the fighting game community is anticipating a reveal of the next big thing for the game — season 2.

We recently speculated on what could come included in Dragon Ball FighterZ season 2, if it does indeed come to fruition. Naturally, we predict up to eight new DLC characters, balance changes, and more.

In anticipation of a potential season 2, content creator Rooflemonger recently put together a final Dragon Ball FighterZ season 1 tier list. Using his old tier list as a starting point, Rooflemonger gives detailed descriptions of why each character places where they do as he places them in their new spots.

The character who was notorious for being low tier in the game previously, Beerus, has since seemed to move up in the eyes of the community. Rooflemonger shares that view of the fighter, moving him away from bottom of the barrel to closer to mid tier with faults.

Unfortunately for Android 17, the DLC character has be demoted to last place. "Android 17 is definitely, pound-for-pound now the worst character in the game," Rooflemonger says.

Other characters, like Bardock and Android 16, saw significant nerfs after the recent changes, and Rooflemonger crowned a new top contender to join Adult Gohan.

We have timestamped the video below to jump you straight to the final tier list. You can back track through it to get the full breakdown from Rooflemonger.
