Poll results: What are the strongest and weakest new V-Skills added to Season 5 of Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition?

Earlier: The latest update to Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition has provided the entire roster with new V-Skills. Seeing as how it's been over a week since that patch was launched, the community is beginning to get an early understanding of which V-Skills are strong and which are weak.
For example, CYG|Daigo hasn't been too impressed with Ryu's Thrust Strike so far. Meanwhile, Rashid's Wing Stroke really seems to have everyone talking.
Since Gill was added as the 39th character, it technically means that he has two V-Skills that the community needs to explore. V-Skill 1 offers him the ability to summon burning or icy meteors while his second V-Skill functions as a parry.
As a result of this, this means that there are currently 40 new V-Skills that were added with the Season 5 update. It's still early, but the fighting game community is already getting a handle on the preferred V-Skills for each character.
We've created two separate polls that are looking to determine which of the new V-Skills are strong and which are weak. In total, all 40 options have been included (as Seth isn't available yet).
