Rachel now available in Dead or Alive 6 along with Santa bikinis, a free Hayate costume and bonus character for PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live users
Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja are apparently quite in the holiday spirit this year considering all of the Santa merch and free stuff they're releasing right now for their primary fighting game.
Dead or Alive 6 update Version 1.17 is now live which means that Rachel is now available as the latest DLC character alongside a free new outfit for Hayate, Santa bikinis for the ladies and a bonus character license for free users on console.
Rachel originally hails from the Ninja Gaiden series though she joined the tournament scene in DOA5, and has remained one of the most highly requested fighters since the sixth mainline entry launched earlier this year.
The returning fighter is available for $5.99 by herself or bundled with her costumes for $11.99... though of course Rachel is also included with the $80 Season Pass 3.
Something else that's a part of the season pass is the Santa Bikini Set which comes with new outfits for all the gals on the roster aside from Mai and Kula as per usual.
Hayate's new costume marks the third free look given out by KT in celebration of DOA6 Core Fighters reaching 2 million downloads, and as an added bonus, PS4 and Xbox players can also obtain and keep Ryu Hayabusa's character license for free if they did not already have him.
