Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition V-Skill 2 stream showcase now starting
How many will we see?
Capcom decided to interrupt its regularly scheduled programming of delivering three new V-Skill 2 reveals each week to go for a more all-in-one-go strategy starting quite soon.
A special V-Skill 2 showcase stream is set to begin today at 1 p.m. PT / 4 p.m. ET and last for approximately an hour where we might get to see the rest of the cast as they'll appear in Season 5 in some capacity.
Capcom has already detailed the new moves coming for Ryu, Alex, Ken, Juri, Kage, Blanka, Poison, Cody, and Gill plus a tease of Chun-Li and Rashid's, so there's still almost 30 that are still a mystery at this time.
That still leaves Abigail, Akuma, Balrog, Birdie, Cammy, Dhalsim, E. Honda, Ed, F.A.N.G, Falke, G, Guile, Ibuki, Karin, Kolin, Laura, Lucia, M. Bison, Menat, Nash, Necalli, R. Mika, Sagat, Sakura, Urien, Vega, Zangief and Zeku.
If Matthew Edwards and Kim from Capcom have a video presentation prepared for this occasion, then we should be able to see all of the remaining offerings in the allotted hour, but that number will be especially cut down if they're trying to showcase moves from inside the game itself and needing to wait on load times.
We'll also have breakdowns for everything shown during the stream today, and it'll be interesting to see if any of these V-Skill 2 techniques match up with our conjecture pieces on what we believe characters like Nash, Zangief, Guile and Dhalsim should receive.
