Capcom continues to update Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition's online stats over on the Shadaloo C.R.I. website. Each month, those who are interested are able to take a look at the game's character usage and combat stats for that window of time.

We now have July's stats to peruse, giving us a glimpse at the trends both players and characters appear to fall into.

In the month before the new DLC characters — Poison, E. Honda, and Lucia — were released, not much changed from June to July in Street Fighter 5 online. In terms of how frequently each character was used in Ranked Match, Casual Match, and the Battle Lounge, the Shoto fighters continue their tight grip on the top ranks.

Street Fighter poster child Ryu remains at the top of the heap, while the more sinister Akuma and fiery contender Ken take spots #2 and #3, respectively.

A little further down the character usage chart, some characters did see a small climb up the ranks. Ibuki went from #11 to #10 in July, Laura crawled from #15 to #14, and Juri fans will be pleased to see that the Super Street Fighter 4 character went from #22 up to #18 — beating out the likes of Alex, Chun-Li, and even G.

On the combat stats end of things, the tale of the tape remains Urien vs. M. Bison for best win average. In June Urien snagged the top spot once again, and he keeps it for another month in July.
