Goku and Vegeta's English voice actors will be having a Dragon Ball FighterZ Super Saiyan Showdown rematch later this month

Sean Schemmel and Christopher Sabat are running it back

Early last year, Funimation organized a large Dragon Ball Z-themed event that saw two iconic voice actors slug it out in Dragon Ball FighterZ. Sean Schemmel, the English voice of Goku, and Christopher Sabat, Vegeta's English VA, went head-to-head on the big stage in Bandai Namco and Arc System Works' 3v3 fighting title.

Later this month, the two prominent voices in the anime community will be running it back. Funimation has announced that Schemmel and Sabat are set to fight again on April 23rd.

The live stream will be handled by Funimation (naturally), and it will likely air on the company's Twitch channel.

At the last Super Saiyan Showdown, Sabat walked away victorious with a clean 3-0 victory. He currently holds the belt, and Schemmel will have the opportunity to claim it for himself on the 23rd.

The first showdown featured several familiar FGC faces, including IFC Yipes and GoldenBoyNeo as the commentators, as well as VampyBitMe in her Android 21 cosplay.

We will likely be seeing another instance of top-level players competing in exhibitions alongside Schemmel and Sabat, and this could potentially be the place for the next big Dragon Ball FighterZ reveal.
