We may see some of these again in the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection

The Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection will be releasing near the end of this month on May 29, 2018. Not too long ago, we learned that a number of bugs and glitches from the arcade versions were now intentionally a part of the game.

Luckily though, it seems that the bugs that would freeze or soft lock the game were being removed. Only the "fun" bugs apparently remain.

Jmcrofts has uploaded a video that showcases eight notable bugs in Street Fighter 2. While a number of these do cause soft locks (which means they'll probably be removed in the Anniversary Collection), there are a few useful ones to be aware of.

Did you know that Dhalsim could turn invisible? It wasn't quite as useful as Reptile's variant from the Mortal Kombat series. You're not able to move or attack, and will reappear after the opponent tries to hit you.

Who could forget Guile's infamous "handcuff" glitch. You can do this by performing a medium throw and try to immediately use a Flash Kick, you'll render the opponent helpless while attached to you.

One bug that seems particularly useful for Zangief is the ability to grab the opponent from full screen. You'll need to block an attack like a projectile to do this, but it's easy to see how this might be useful.
