It has been announced that Final Fantasy XV's Noctis Lucis Caelum will be joining Tekken 7's roster on March 20, 2018. He'll be joining Street Fighter's Akuma and Fatal Fury's Geese Howard as the title's third guest character.

Noctis appears to do combat with royal weapons. This really makes him stand out since he is a weapon fighter. You might think he'd a better fit for Soul Calibur with that in mind...

He has access to a number of flashy moves from his original game. This is a fighter that is capable of utilizing magic as well.

We've seen him throw out Fire, Blizzard and Thunder. Not only that, but there are also a number of teleports incorporated into his moveset.

Unlike Akuma and Geese Howard, Noctis does not appear to have access to any sort of meter system outside of the rage system. As he takes damage, he'll gain access to his Rage Art and Rage Drive.

His weapon only appears while he is attacking. When he is not doing this, he appears to be unarmed. He briefly summons his weapon for each attack. This gives Noctis a very deceptive amount of range.
