Update: A trailer has been added to this story.

Square-Enix just held a livestream to detail the latest new information for Dissidia: Final Fantasy NT.

The presentation was mainly focused on one aspect in particular, namely the first post-launch DLC character joining the game, out of the 6 planned for this year.

After months of speculation based on hints given by Square-Enix, we can now officially point out the first DLC character, and it is Vayne from Final Fantasy XII, which one of the presenters accidentally spilled before even showing the footage. Vayne is scheduled to be released during the last third of April.

Besides this, Orbonne Monastery from the Final Fantasy Tactics game will be added in the March 22nd update as a new stage for free. Also, an in-game command list that you can check during offline battles has been added to the game.

A certain group of characters will be receiving balance changes, as you can see listed on one of the images in the story, though the exact changes they'll be getting will be announced a day or two before the March 22nd patch.
