We've known for a bit now when Dragon Ball FighterZ would be coming to the Switch in Japan, and now we know when the explosive fighter will be coming Westward along with what bonuses are coming for those that pre-order.

Bandai Namco announced today that Dragon Ball FighterZ would be coming to North America and Europe just a day after the Japanese release date on September 28th with some added bonuses.

Those that pre-order the game will receive a digital copy of Dragon Ball Z: Super Butoden in its original Japanese Super Famicom release from 1993 along with codes to unlock Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku and Vegeta early similarly to the other 'Day One Editions' of the fighter.

The Switch version of Dragon Ball FighterZ will also include a new 'simplified control' scheme designed for those that wish to play the game with singular Joy-Cons plus more features to be announced according to the Amazon listing.

Dragon Ball FighterZ for Switch will retail for $59.99 USD, and as of the time of writing this there are no details about the FighterZ or Ultimate Editions coming to Nintendo's hybrid console. DLC characters and the season pass have also not been revealed.

The title is available to pre-order now with most major retailers. You can find Bandai Namco's release date announcement below.
