Nintendo fans. Super Smash Bros. fans. After a three month wait, it is finally that time.

E3 2018 is underway and Nintendo will be presenting their prerecorded conference on Twitch. This presentation is estimated at being about 45 minutes in length.

It has been abundantly clear that one of Nintendo's main focuses this year will be on the upcoming Super Smash Bros. title for the Nintendo Switch. We are very likely to learn about some of the roster additions, whether the title is a port or a new iteration, mechanics, the identities of the silhouettes that appeared in the initial tease trailer, a release date, and perhaps even the actual title of the game.

This Nintendo Direct will begin at 9:00 a.m. PDT and 12:00 p.m. PDT. Immediately following the announcements, the Nintendo Treehouse stream will begin which will show off a number of these titles.

After the Splatoon 2 World Championship finals (which starts at 1:00 p.m. PDT), we'll be able to see some live gameplay of Super Smash Bros at the Nintendo Invitational. FOX|MKLeo, TSM|ZeRo, Alliance|Armada, Abadango, PG|Plup, BC|Mr. R, DIG|Lucky, and C9|Mango will all be participating at this special event.

We could also potentially hear more news about Metroid Prime 4, Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Eevee, the ore traditional Pokemon game, the untitled Fire Emblem game, and more. Obviously we'll be keep an eye out for any other fighting game announcements that may come up during this Direct.

You can watch the stream right along with us with an embed after the jump, and discuss your predictions in the comments section. Which characters do you think will be announced?
